Consumer Rights

1. Consumer Protection Act
Finnish Consumer Protection Act applies to consumer transactions. These rights apply only to individuals who make purchases primarily for private use.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers have the right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Withdrawal is made by notifying the seller via email at raksalta@destaclean.fi
- The product must be returned in its original condition
- The consumer is responsible for return delivery and shipping costs
- Returns and refunds are processed in our service once a month, on the last Thursday.

3. Defective Product and Complaint
If the product is defective or does not match the order, the consumer has the right to:

3.1. Primary Right
- Demand correction of the defect or delivery of a new defect-free product

3.2. Secondary Right
- Demand a price reduction
- Cancel the purchase and get a refund

3.3. Complaint Period
- The consumer must report the defect within a reasonable time of discovering it
- The notification must be made no later than 14 days after discovering the defect
- The consumer can invoke the defect up to two years from the purchase

4. Data Protection
The primary basis for processing personal data is the use of Raksalta.fi services or the user's voluntary consent. If you do not accept the practices according to this privacy clause, we do not recommend that you provide your personal data to Raksalta.fi

The consumer has the right to:
- Check their personal data
- Request correction of incorrect data
- Request deletion of their data
- Object to the processing of their data in certain situations
- Transfer their data to another service provider

5. Dispute Resolution
If the consumer and seller cannot reach an agreement, the consumer can take the matter to:

6. Warranty
In addition to statutory liability for defects, the product may have a warranty provided by the manufacturer or importer. Warranty terms are stated separately for each product.
