Terms of Service

1. General
These terms of service apply to the use of the Raksalta.fi online service. The service is provided by Destaclean Oy (hereinafter "Service Provider"). By using the service, you accept these terms of service.

2. Service Description
Raksalta.fi is a marketplace primarily for surplus construction materials and supplies. In the service, you can browse and purchase construction materials and supplies.

3. Registration and User Account
Using the service does not require registration. Purchase inquiries are made via email to raksalta@destaclean.fi

4. Trading
All transactions are handled on a case-by-case basis via email. The Service Provider reserves the right to accept or reject individual transactions.

5. Prices and Payment Terms
- All prices are stated in euros (€)
- Prices are stated at 0% VAT or including value added tax (25.5%)
- Delivery costs are agreed separately
- Payment terms are agreed on a per-transaction basis

6. Delivery
Product pickup and delivery terms are agreed separately for each transaction.

7. Limitations of Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- Product quality defects unless specifically mentioned in the product description
- Indirect damages resulting from the use of the service
- Possible service interruptions

8. Intellectual Property Rights
The service content, including texts, images and other materials, is the property of the Service Provider and protected under copyright law.

9. Changes to Terms of Service
The Service Provider reserves the right to change these terms of service. Changes will be announced in the service.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Finnish law applies to these terms of service. Possible disputes will primarily be handled amicably, and if no settlement is reached, in the Helsinki District Court.
